Kelli + Walt

Booking a wedding in a conservatory, you might think that wedding flowers might be overshadowed by the beauty of the green plants and glass ceilings. But Kelli and Walt’s bright color palette stood out against the lush green of Garfield Park Conservatory. Kelli’s bouquet included orange roses, peach ranunculus, white anenomes, mustard ranunculus, yellow craspedia, and ombre-colored nandina. Walt’s boutonniere featured a peach ranunculus and a super-sweet mini succulent in honor of the conservatory’s cactus room. Bridesmaids went hands-free with unique flower crowns, and groomsmen wore colorful, floral neckties to pay tribute to the day. Large, lush all-green arrangements did double-duty as ceremony welcome stands and tall table-toppers at the reception. Other centerpieces of mustard, peach, and pink flowers in mercury glass compotes created a luxe, cozy feel—even in the midst of a surprise lightning storm!
